There would NOT be a tendency to be ruled, in essence, by large corporations in that there would be a total separation of state vs. economic decisions...no pressure group/lobbyists allowed...no favoritism allowed between government policies and corporate entities. Same principle as the cleavage between the State and any kind of "official" state-mandated religion.
